ERP and order-to-cash
Quote, order, production, shipping, invoice: one tool per step, and a re-entry at every handover.
One chain, one entry, a status that is current at every step.
The same order, typed in three timesUnderstand · Design · Deliver
If you are here, you have already found this out: your orders, your case files, your cash collection look like nobody else's, and forcing them into a generic tool costs more than it returns. We build, for SMEs and mid-sized companies, the application that fits the way you actually work — delivered module by module, without stopping your business, and priced to pay for itself.
Starting point
The same order is retyped three times: in the email, in the spreadsheet, in the accounts.
Nobody knows where a case stands without making a phone call. The customer knows even less.
A stale price, a wrong stock level, a discount nobody approved: you find out at invoicing.
The tool cannot do what the business needs. So the business bends to fit the tool.
None of these costs appears in a budget. Every one of them is paid.
Where the value starts
We do not sell a sector speciality. We start by looking at how you make money, where the chain seizes up, and what each step really costs. That is what makes it possible to go after the right subjects — and to set the others aside, however fashionable they are.
A few chains we have already tooled up, by way of example
Quote, order, production, shipping, invoice: one tool per step, and a re-entry at every handover.
One chain, one entry, a status that is current at every step.
The same order, typed in three timesEvery store works its own way. Head office finds out the numbers at month end.
The same sales journey everywhere, and network reporting that no longer has to be assembled by hand.
When a case falls outside the rulesMandates, properties, buyers, supporting documents: the file lives in inboxes and shared drives.
A file that holds together on its own, and is complete on signing day.
The same file, typed in three timesClient reporting is rebuilt by hand every quarter, under pressure, from sources that disagree.
Portfolios kept current, reporting that generates itself, advisers who work unaided.
The spreadsheet of recordA brand store has to sell without ever damaging the brand — and hold up at large-group volumes.
Catalogue, checkout, payment and back office, held to the standard of the brand.
The platform ceilingYou collect performance data that nobody has time to use.
Indicators coaches can actually read, and decisions that rest on them.
Sessions, learners, funders, attendance, invoicing: all tracked in three spreadsheets and an inbox.
A session that fills, gets funded and is auditable without re-entry.
The same session, typed in three timesThat is often the case, and it changes nothing. There is no typical sector: there are expensive processes, and those look remarkably alike from one field to the next. The work always starts by understanding yours.

It is the most expensive chain in any company that sells. It is also where money spent on a tool comes back fastest.
Step 01 of 07
Prices come from the catalogue, not from a copy-paste. Discounts go through the rule you wrote — the one that protects your margin.
How it works
A short fixed-price engagement that produces a written scope and a budget. You know what you are buying before you buy it — and you remain free to stop there.
Screens, business rules, permissions, edge cases. Nothing gets built before you have read and corrected that document.
Your current tool keeps running. We switch one module at a time, starting with the one that hurts most. No big bang, no downtime.
Your users are the ones who sign off, on their real cases, against criteria written in advance. Not our demo screens, not our test data.
The backlog stays open and shared. You can see what has been asked for, what is in progress, and what has actually gone live.
Transparency
The biggest risk in a software project is not technical: it is not knowing where it stands. We built the tool that fixes that, and your teams have access to it.
A button inside your application. Screenshot included, without leaving what you were doing, without writing an email.
Your teams and ours see the same list at the same moment. No bug spreadsheet, no meeting to find out where things stand.
A three-line request is not enough to build a feature. A guided interview turns it into a full specification: scope, business rules, screens, permissions, edge cases. You review it before a line of code exists.
The answer is verified, not declared: the tool compares what was delivered against what is actually running on your side, and flags anything left behind.
The discount is not applied when an order goes past ten lines.
What reassures your board
A business application is often kept for ten years. The questions below are asked at signature, not three years later.
Hosted in the European Union, processed in line with GDPR, fully exportable on request, at any time.
It is delivered to your own repository, documented. Another provider can pick up where we left off. That is in the contract, not a verbal promise.
A separate test environment, distinct from production. What your teams review has no effect on your business.
Critical cases are replayed automatically before every release. A new feature does not break what your teams already relied on.
Authentication, role-based permissions, an action log. Who changed what, and when, without raising a ticket to find out.
In store, in the warehouse, in a meeting, on a phone. A tool you can only use sitting at a desk is only half used.
Artificial intelligence
An assistant that answers confidently and wrongly costs more than it earns: your teams stop believing it at the third false figure, and you have paid twice. So the question is not "can it talk", it is "where does what it says come from".
Here the order is reversed by design: your data and your business rules decide, while generative AI merely writes and converses. It never has the last word, and every statement stays traceable to its source.
We do not just sell this architecture: it is the subject of ROMA's own R&D, a sports coaching platform where individually calibrated models produce the analysis and AI only writes the summary.
A summary in plain language, and a conversation to dig deeper. Written by the AI.
Models and rules calibrated on your business. The AI has no say at this level.
Your data, your history, your business rules. Nothing invented, nothing borrowed from elsewhere.
The team
We have spent as many years on the side of those who fund projects as on the side of those who build them. We speak the language of business leaders and of developers alike.
ROMA brings together corporate finance, product scoping and engineering. Small enough that you always deal with the same person — whoever prices your project writes the specification, and answers when something goes wrong. Equipped enough to keep your applications running in production, day after day.
What we bring together
Pricing a project, working out its return, defending a budget in front of a board. MBA in Finance, HEC Paris.
Turning a need into screens, rules and edge cases — before the first line of code is written.
Web and mobile, data models, integration with your existing tools, release and day-to-day running.
Models grounded in your data, guardrails, and the ability to trace every answer back to its source.

Frequently asked
Scoping is a short, fixed-price engagement: it produces a written scope and a budget before any development commitment. Development is then priced module by module — you know what a step costs before you start it.
The schedule is set at the end of scoping, module by module. Each module is delivered, accepted by your teams and put live without stopping your business.
You do. It is delivered to your own repository, and another provider can take over from us. That is written into the contract, not promised out loud.
Your application keeps running. The source code and your data are yours, and reversibility is written into the contract: another provider takes over without starting from scratch.
We do, over time: a separate test environment, acceptance by your teams, a shared backlog where issues are reported from the screen itself, and verified releases.
No. We start from what works: the application integrates with your existing tools, and the takeover happens module by module, while the business keeps running.
Next step
You describe the process that costs you most. We tell you plainly whether a custom tool is justified, what it would cost, and how long it takes to pay for itself. If the answer is no, we say that too.
