Intellectual property
The texts, the ROMA name, the logo and the visual identity of this site are the property of ROMA. Any reproduction or representation, whole or partial, is prohibited without prior written permission.
This clause does not cover the code we write for our clients. The source code of applications built during our engagements is assigned to them and delivered to their own repository, as set out in our contracts.
Outbound links
This site links to a few external resources (the public company registry, a booking page, a professional network). ROMA has no control over their content and cannot be held responsible for it.
Intended audience
This site is aimed at businesses. The services presented are not offered to consumers within the meaning of French consumer law; no consumer mediation scheme therefore applies.
Accessibility
This site aims at WCAG 2.2 level AA: contrast, keyboard navigation, a skip link, pausable animations and respect for the "reduce motion" setting. It was reviewed internally on 26 September 2026, without a formal RGAA conformance audit, so no conformance status is claimed. Having trouble accessing something? Write to romain@roma-intel.com and we will answer and fix it.
Governing law
This site and the notices it contains are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the courts of Marseille.
