Privacy policy
This site does not track you. This page sets out exactly what that means, what stays in your browser, and what happens to the information you choose to send us.

What this site does not do
- No cookies are set.
- No advertising trackers, no pixels, no embedded social media buttons.
- No analytics: no Google Analytics, no equivalent. We do not know how many people visit this site, or who they are.
- No forms and no database: the site is made of static files.
What stays in your browser
Your language choice is kept in your browser's local storage, under the key roma-langue. It never leaves your device and is never sent to us. Clearing site data in your browser removes it.
No third-party requests
Everything this page displays — text, styles, fonts, images — is served from roma-intel.com and from nowhere else. Your browser contacts no other domain, so no IP address is passed to a third party because of your visit.
The fonts used to be loaded from Google Fonts, which passed your IP address to Google. We now serve them ourselves: that transfer no longer happens.
Technical logs
Like any host, Vercel temporarily records, for security and to keep the service running, the IP address, browser and requested address of every request made to this site. ROMA does not use these logs to measure audience: they only serve to diagnose an outage or an abuse. Refused attempts on the internal bug-reporting tool are noted there with a truncated IP address, which points to a network rather than a device.
- Legal basis — ROMA's legitimate interest in keeping its site secure (GDPR article 6.1.f).
- Retention — as set by the host, under its own terms.
Booking a meeting
The "Book 30 minutes" button opens a booking page hosted by Google. The information you enter there is processed by Google under its own privacy policy, and reaches us as a calendar invitation.
If you contact us
We then process what you give us: name, email address, phone number if you provide one, and the content of your message.
- Purpose — to reply to you and, where relevant, prepare a proposal.
- Legal basis — steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR article 6.1.b).
- Retention — three years from the last exchange, then deletion.
- Recipients — us alone. Nothing is sold, rented or passed on to anyone.
Processors and transfers outside the EU
- Vercel Inc. (United States) — hosting of this site. ROMA keeps no personal data there beyond the technical logs described above.
- Google LLC (United States) — business email and booking calendar.
These transfers are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and by the EU—US Data Privacy Framework.
This concerns this marketing site. The business applications we build for our clients are themselves hosted in the European Union.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (new tab), the French data protection authority.
